Refunding a gift
Issue a full or partial refund right from the dashboard.

- 1Open the donation and click Refund.
- 2Choose a full refund or enter a partial amount.
- 3Confirm — Stripe processes the refund to the donor's card.
Fundrly refunds its 1.9% platform fee proportionally to whatever you refund, and all your dashboard numbers (totals, MRR, donor lifetime giving) adjust automatically.
Tip · Refunds can take several business days to appear on the donor's statement — that's the card networks, not Fundrly.
