A short screen-by-screen video for this guide is on the way.
A "form" is one saved giving experience — its own headline, colors, suggested amounts, and optional campaign. Each form can be embedded three ways: a Give button, an inline form, or a direct link. You can have as many as you want.
Why multiple forms
- A general "Give" button for your homepage.
- A campaign-specific form with the cause and amount pre-set — e.g. a "Help us buy a truck" button that opens a form already pointed at that campaign.
- Different styling or wording for different pages or audiences.
- 1Go to Forms & buttons.
- 2Click "New form" to start fresh, or "Duplicate" on an existing one to copy its style.
- 3Edit it, then grab its embed code.
Tip · You can't delete your only form, and a form with donation history can't be deleted (to protect the records) — deactivate it instead.
