The Drop-offs page ("Almost gave") lists people who opened your form and left — with who they are, where they stopped, and when. If they shared an email, Fundrly can send a gentle recovery email to bring them back.
- A first nudge goes out automatically after a quiet period.
- A second nudge is available but off by default.
- We never email someone who finished their gift — even if they gave in a different session between nudges — and we always honor unsubscribes.
