Routing donors by campaign & ad source
Add donors to extra lists based on the campaign or ad they gave through.

Beyond the one-time/monthly lists, you can route donors to additional lists based on which campaign or ad source they gave through. A donor is added to every matching list — for example the one-time list, the "Truck Fund" list, and the "Facebook Ad" list, all at once.
- 1Open a connected integration and scroll to "By campaign" and "By ad source."
- 2Pick a list/group for each one you want to route.
- 3Save.
Backfilling past donors
When you map a new list, Fundrly offers to add the people who already gave through that campaign or source — so you can get everyone into the right place, not just future donors. It tells you how many would be added.
Tip · Heads up: adding past donors to a list can trigger any welcome emails or automations you have set up in that platform. Pause those there first if you don't want them to fire — or choose "Only new donors." Renewals are never re-synced.
