Each form has independent toggles for "Offer one-time giving" and "Offer monthly giving." Turn off one to create a single-mode form.

Both on → donors choose one-time or monthly.
Monthly only → perfect for sponsorships or programs that need an ongoing commitment (e.g. "sponsor a child").
One-time only → simple single gifts.

Tip · At least one must stay on. Monthly gifts become real recurring subscriptions, and renewals are tracked automatically.
