Account settings & changing your email

On the Account page you can update your profile and your login email. For security, a new email only takes effect after you click the confirmation link we send to it — until then your current email keeps working.

Deleting your account

At the bottom of Settings → Account you can permanently delete your organization. To prevent accidents, you'll be asked to type your account email to confirm. Deleting removes your organization and all of its data — forms, donors, donation history, campaigns, and connected integrations — and can't be undone (we keep only the minimum records required for tax compliance). Your Stripe account isn't affected; cancel any active recurring gifts in Stripe first if you want them stopped.
