Payments run on Stripe — the same infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses — and your donor data always belongs to you.
What does it cost?+
Fundrly charges 1.9% per donation — that's it on our side. No monthly fee, no setup fee, and every feature is included. Stripe's standard payment-processing fees (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) always apply on top — that goes to Stripe, not us, and it's the same wherever you accept cards online. Donors can choose to cover both at checkout (most do). And when your volume grows enough that a flat monthly rate would cost you less than our 1.9%, we'll proactively tell you and help you switch — Stripe's fees still apply either way — and you can switch back anytime.
Do you send receipts and tax letters for us?+
Yes. Donation receipts (IRS-compliant acknowledgment language), optional thank-you notes, gift-recovery emails for people who didn't finish, and one-click year-end tax summaries — all pre-written, all editable, all included.
Is donor payment data safe?+
Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest standard — and powers payments for millions of organizations.
Will it work on our website?+
If you can paste one line of HTML, it works: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or hand-built. There's also an inline version and a direct link for emails and QR codes.
What about our current donor data?+
