Fundrly Kiosk is an iOS app for collecting gifts in person — at events, galas, services, or a table in the lobby. Staff sign in with your Fundrly account, pick one of your giving forms, and the device becomes a kiosk showing that form's own branding (your logo, colors, and headline) — not Fundrly's.
How a gift works
- 1Open the app and choose the form to use (a campaign-locked form keeps that designation automatically).
- 2The donor picks an amount and enters their name + email (and phone, if your form collects it).
- 3They tap a card, phone, or watch on the iPhone to pay — Tap to Pay handles contactless cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- 4Done — a thank-you screen shows, and the next donor can give.
What you need
- An iPhone XS or newer on iOS 16.4+ (Tap to Pay on iPhone is iPhone-only).
- Your Stripe connected and ready (same as for online gifts).
- On iPad, or any device that can't tap, use the "Other ways to pay" QR code — the donor scans it and pays on their own phone.
Tip · In-person gifts land in the same dashboard as online ones — same receipts, donor profiles, integrations, and the same fee. They're recorded as one-time gifts.
